Our food is home produced by our talented, local Chefs, led by the enthusiastic Head Chef Nick Batstone, boasting some 10 years experience here at the Mayfield.

Using the freshest ingredients and herbs from our own gardens, our menu is seasonally balanced with the majority of our produce sourced locally from our Bromyard Beef, to Bibury Duck & Bath Blue Cheese!

Our fine wine cellar is sourced from Nigel Savage Cotswold Wine Merchant.

Our menus also feature several gluten free dishes, and our chefs are always willing to substitute any items of a dish that are not suitable for celiac’s with a replacement; we also stock a gluten free lager.
