It’s through these high levels of commitment, working together and sourcing the best in market that we achieve the high standards we know you enjoy. All of our food is cooked fresh to order, sourced as locally as possible and prepared here in the kitchens at the Mayfield.

Some of our food is even grown on the grounds. our 2nd Chef Richard tends to our own–grown herb garden – picked regularly by the other Chefs to make your meal very fresh and very local indeed!
