Our food is home produced by our talented, local Chefs, led by the enthusiastic Head Chef Nick Batstone, boasting some 10 years experience here at the Mayfield.

Using the freshest ingredients and herbs from our own gardens, our menu is seasonally balanced with the majority of our produce sourced locally from our Bromyard Beef, to Bibury Duck & Bath Blue Cheese!

Our fine wine cellar is sourced from the multi-award winning Great Western Wines of Bath and Thomas Panton of Tetbury - two of the UK’s leading independent wine suppliers.
