I write on behalf of the Bentley Drivers Club to express our thanks to you and your staff for hosting our AGM and lunch yesterday.
That you were able to cope with our ever increasing numbers so cheerfully was remarked on by everyone, and the meal your Chef created was both beautifully presented and delicious.
Either our secretary or I will let you know about next year's plans for our AGM as soon as we have made a decision, but your hotel certainly starts in "pole position".

We just wanted to write and thank you for a wonderful long weekend. EVERYONE made us feel comfortable and welcome.
Your chefs excelled themselves, especially the fish dishes and your new wine list caught everyone's imagination.
Your recommendation of local walks with pubs en route made one of the best days out our group has had in ages... especially the Tunnel Inn ales!!

On behalf of the of the members of Trenchfield I should like to thank everyone with whom we came into contact at the Mayfield House Hotel, before, during and after our visit, for being so efficient and courteous at all times. We were particularly appreciative of the way in which our reception and dinner were put back due to the motorway hold-up for the coach.
The accomodation and our dinner in your Stoneroom were both excellent and helped us celebrate our 40th anniversary as a group, and it was a lovely precursor to our delightful visit to "Highgrove".

My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at your hotel and if felt it was prudent to drop you a line to express our thanks for the courtesy and attention we received, its rare these days.
It will probably come as no surprise to you to say how much we enjoyed your excellent food - compliments to the Chef please.
This is in fact the 1st time I have felt the need to write a complimentary letter regarding service but I would like to give a special mention to the young man who waited on us, Graeme, his attitude and polite manner was top class.
We can't wait to return for some more of your good food and hospitality.

This is a short note of appreciation for the excellent way we were all looked after last weekend.
Not only were your staff extremely helpful, the accommodation and food far exceeded what we had expected. A special 'Thank you' to Frank for attending to our needs.
All members came away saying that this was the best long weekend holiday the club has had in many years and that we should consider coming back in the not too distant future.
We will be writing up a very favourable report for own local newspaper and national magazine.

Thank you for the fabulous welcome for our parties. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed their stay and how well looked after we were by your staff.
The breakfast and evening meals each day were greatly enjoyed and we enjoyed the wide choice on your menu.
I do not know what we are doing next year but I hope we can come back again! I don't think I will have much difficulty getting a party together!

I would like to thank you all for another wonderful week spent at the Mayfield hotel, this was our 5th year of coming and you all surpassed yourselves again.
This time we invited our neighbours who have just sold their business, and have not been away for quite some time, and we told them what to look forward to and from the 1st night they felt completely relaxed after such a super dinner - not least to say they are still talking about the choice of food on the menu and the way in which it was cooked and presented. We are looking forward to returning soon.
